make an informed choice
You are free to choose as you desire. But to make an informed choice, you need to know what results will come from each option.

The steps below will help you use physical and spiritual tools to explore the ripples that will come from each possible choice.

This will help you Accept Agency and make choices that Fulfill Yearnity.
Let's Get to It! | Here's What to Do:
1 - Use Physical Means
2 - Use Spiritual Means
3 - Make a Choice
Get a piece of paper. Write down each possible choice before you. For each choice, write down your best, most informed guess about how that choice will affect you and affect others.

As you write, you might experience low-frequency emotions like fear, guilt, desperateness, or anger. These sort of feelings can cloud your judgment. If these feelings come up, use Tapping, "Write & Destroy", or another technique to Process Your Emotions so they don't inhibit you from making a wise and level-headed choice.
We're prepared a 15 minute guided meditation that you help you to explore the impact of your choice.
If you're a patron of 13 Seasons on Patreon, you can access a recording of the meditation. If you aren't a patron, you can access the script of the meditation and have someone read it to you (or you could record yourself reading it and play it back to yourself).
Do the meditation. Take notes on what you learn.
Look over your notes you made using physical and spiritual means. Be sure you're truly processed any low-frequency emotions around the choice. And then decide what you'll do. Do it and see what happens! Choose to own the results that come from your choice and learn from them.
More on the Spiritual Element of Decision Making
Some people use meditation, prayer, or other spiritual tools to figure out what they SHOULD do. We ourselves used to approach choices this way. We wanted so much to do the right thing that pleased God. And this seemed to work for us back then.
As we've become more spiritually mature, we've discovered that God wants us to own our own agency and be accountable for our own choices. This has been an awkward new schema for us to shift into but it's really empowering!
The meditation on this page is designed to help you use spiritual tools to understand the consequences of choices rather than try to give up your agency (and accountability) to God. In the end, the choice is yours.
