meditation to manifest yearnity
Once you've discovered your yearnity, do this 5 minute meditation each day to manifest your yearnity into reality. As you do this persistently, you'll notice your inner self shift toward your yearnity and you'll see your circumstances change to make your yearnity possible. It's gonna be amazing!

This is a great exercise for the Fulfill Yearnity season or any of the other virtue seasons as the end goal of all virtue is to help everyone attain their yearnity.

> Each night, write down how your yearnity will be fulfilled the next day. Write in the present or past tense.
